We’ve had our spa for almost 10 years and continue to enjoy it year round. Still buy all our consumables (bromine, filters, etc.) from them and find the staff to be very courteous and helpful. We’ve had a few service calls for minor things and those have been quick and thorough jobs. The only comment I would make is if you are attempting to do repairs yourself, make sure to talk to one of the field techs. My experience with the staff in the showroom describing the repair process to me hasn’t been effective and has twice been contradictory to what I eventually saw/heard from the field tech when he did the fix.
